The electromechanical latch 31.1.00.B is a counterpart, which is mounted in the door frame and can be used in conjunction with a standard mechanical lock. Unlocking the door occurs by unlocking the electric lock latch when power is applied, the bolt of the mechanical lock is pushed out of the case, that is, it is in the locked position. To open the door from the inside without giving an electrical signal, you can use the knob. The electromechanical latch operates in a normally-closed mode, that is, it is unlocked for a time when the voltage is applied for no more than 5 minutes.
The locking bar with adjustable positions up to 3 mm ensures perfect compatibility with any type of lock.
A feature of this modification is the possibility of fixing the electric strike in the open state by turning the mechanical lever.
Due to its small size and symmetrical design with a rearranged housing, model 31.1.00.B is a proven universal solution for installation on any type of door.
This model serves for locking standard doors and ensures their quick unlocking with low energy consumption in simple access control systems, for example, in intercom communication. The highly reliable mechanism and durable housing made of Zamak material ensures stable operation when it hits up to 200 kg for a long time (the service life is at least 300 thousand unlocking and locking cycles); at the same time, the threshold of destruction according to the passport is 500 kg.
Modification 31.1.00.B of the electric strike of the series 3 is intended for installation on light doors made of aluminum or steel, while the opening side – left or right – does not matter. The maximum lateral load at an alternating supply voltage is 16 kg, and at a constant – 1 kg.
